Salary: £51,093 – £54,129 (PO6) + up to £10,000 attraction payment (dependent on experience)

The Opportunity
Joining a high-performing Planning & Procurement Team, you will:
- Handle a diverse and complex caseload covering planning and highways matters such as enforcement, conservation, infrastructure levy, and more.
- Provide expert legal advice to senior managers, elected members, and committees.
- Supervise and mentor junior team members, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Represent the borough at courts, tribunals, and planning boards on critical development projects.

Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will be:
- A qualified solicitor, barrister, or chartered legal executive with a current practicing certificate.
- Experienced in advising on planning and highways law at a senior level.

- Comfortable managing high-pressure, high-profile legal matters.
