Due to continued expansion, they are now in search of a Private Client Partner with 6+ PQE to join them in one of their Suffolk offices.
The firm provides a range of bespoke services to both businesses and individuals, and is renowned for the very high quality of work it deals with, which is reflected by its impressive ranking in the Legal 500 and range of accolades it has acquired over time. You will be dealing with high-quality work from within a rural setting, offering an enviable work/life balance. This firm has a people-oriented approach including having an open door policy where Partners are accessible to all.
The firm is seeking to hire a Senior Private Client Solicitor to lead the team in one of their offices. You will work as part of a highly reputable team. The team is busy and has had an influx of new work, making now an exciting time to join.
You will deal with a high-quality caseload which will include HNW individuals sometimes with overseas assets. The caseload will include Wills, probates, estates, trusts, tax advice, and some court of protection matters. You will deal with a broad caseload as well as oversee more junior members of the team.
Requirements
- 6 or more years PQE in Private Client
- Adept at managing your own caseload with no supervision
- Commercially minded and keen to be involved in business development
- Managerial or supervisory experience
- Excellent and clear communication skills and enjoy working in a team
