Locum Civil & Criminal Litigation Lawyer – Home Counties – Attendance needed for Court only – Full Time – 6 months
Position: Locum Civil & Criminal Litigation Lawyer
Organisation: Home Counties
Duration: 6 months with a very strong possibility of extension thereafter
Working Pattern: Full Time ideally
Working Arrangement: Predominantly remote working, maximum once a month court attendance, office attendance is welcomed but not a necessity
Hourly Rate: Up to £55 per hour Umbrella, dependent on experience
The ideal candidate will have experience in handling a wide range of Housing, Civil and Criminal Litigation matters and can demonstrate prior experience working on behalf of Local Authorities.
Duties may include:
- Be a senior member of a small team, undertaking all aspects of legal work relating to Housing, Civil and Criminal Litigation for the Local Authority, such as but not limited to, planning enforcement, housing, possessions, debt recovery, contractual disputes, property, fraud, environmental and licensing.
