On behalf of a reputable law firm, we are currently recruiting for a Court of Protection Locum on a fully remote basis. Both full-time and part-time applicants will be considered.
The successful candidate will have prior experience handling lasting powers of attorney and property and financial affairs matters. The firm is seeking someone who is available from 2nd February, with the assignment expected to run for an initial period of three months, with the possibility of extension.
Hourly rate: Negotiable (outside IR35)
