Locum Adult Social Care Solicitor – Up to £65 per hour umbrella – Remote
Are you a passionate Adult Social Care Solicitor looking to make a real difference? Venn Group is working with a fantastic local authority in London in their search for an Adult Social Care Solicitor on a locum basis for an initial 3-month period with strong intention for extension long term.
Requirements
- Qualified Lawyer, with a valid practising certificate in the UK
- Specialism within Adult Social Care Law and experience practising this post-qualification
- Experience working within local authorities, or for a public sector organisation
Duties / Responsibilities
- Advising the clients of the organisation on all aspects of Adult Social Care Law
- Attending and advocating complex cases in virtual hearings
- Advising officers and members in a proactive and sensitive manner
- Mentoring and training less experienced team members
