About the Role
We are seeking an experienced EHC Co-Ordinator to join a busy statutory SEND service, managing EHC casework and supporting the delivery of high-quality Education, Health and Care Plans. EHM Liquid Logic experience is essential.
The role will involve managing a caseload of EHC plans, annual reviews and amendments, ensuring work is completed accurately and within statutory timescales. You will work closely with families, schools and professionals across education, health and social care.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of EHC plans, reviews and amendments
- Coordinate advice and information from education, health and social care professionals
- Draft and amend EHCPs in line with the SEND Code of Practice
- Ensure statutory timescales are met and case records are accurately maintained
- Act as a key point of contact for families, schools and partner agencies
- Attend and contribute to multi-agency meetings where required
- Manage a busy caseload effectively while maintaining a high standard of casework
Key Requirements
- Strong experience working within SEND/EHCP statutory services
- Good knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice and statutory processes
- Experience managing EHC plans, annual reviews and amendments
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and work to tight deadlines
- Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills
- EHM Liquid Logic experience is essential
