We are currently recruiting for a Treasury Property Analyst to join a leading organisation within the social housing sector. This is an excellent opportunity for a treasury professional with property security experience to play a key role in managing secured debt portfolios, coordinating property valuations, maintaining security records, and supporting the delivery of an effective treasury function within a large and complex organisation.
Working closely with internal finance teams, asset management colleagues, banks, valuers, legal advisors, and security trustees, the successful candidate will help ensure robust security management, valuation processes, treasury reporting, and compliance with funding and governance requirements.
Treasury Property Analyst - Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the property valuation process, ensuring all valuations are completed accurately and within agreed deadlines
Maintain and enhance security and treasury records, ensuring all information is accurate, up to date, and compliant
Manage and monitor secured debt and property security data across treasury systems
Produce analysis, reports, and documentation to support treasury operations, funding activities, and decision-making
Work closely with asset management and finance teams to support property charging, security releases, and disposals
Collaborate with external stakeholders including banks, security trustees, valuers, and legal firms
Support the administration of security arrangements relating to loan facilities and treasury transactions
Assist with treasury projects and initiatives aimed at improving processes, controls, and reporting
Provide support across the wider treasury team as required
Ensure compliance with treasury policies, governance requirements, and lender obligations
Treasury Property Analyst - Ideal Candidate:
