Interim Group Director of Estates – Bury St Edmunds – £600+ per day Venn Group's specialist Estates Facilities recruitment team is recruiting for an Interim Group Director of Estates to join a large education group in the East of England. This 4 to 6 month interim opportunity offers senior leadership of a multi-site estates and facilities function, with a handover from the outgoing postholder and the possibility of the role becoming permanent. The Role You will be responsible for: Providing strategic and operational leadership of the group estates and facilities function across multiple sites Line managing around seven Group Heads covering catering, cleaning, facilities and estates Leading capital projects and infrastructure planning, and ensuring statutory compliance across all sites Overseeing in-house cleaning and catering services About You Degree or equivalent in property, estates, business or a related discipline Experience leading multi-site estates and facilities teams at senior level, including managing managers Track record in capital projects, infrastructure planning and statutory compliance Strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt quickly as demands change Education or public sector experience (NHS, local authority, charity) is ...
