Venn Group are working with a public sector organisation to recruit a Salesforce Implementation Data Specialist, on a contract basis. The client has selected Salesforce Service Cloud as their customer record solution, and it will sit alongside their services’ Line of Business Systems as the customer contact and case layer. They are seeking a contractor to: define what good looks like; establish the data and configuration standards; make the approach repeatable so teams can be onboarded incrementally; support teams to make the best use of Salesforce. You will work to initially repoint the organisation’s existing customer forms to create a Salesforce case, set the case data standards, then help teams to work cases in Salesforce. The emphasis is on design and standard-setting, not day-to-day administration. Public sector experience is highly desirable for this role.
