Chef de Partie - Oxford – Temp-perm
Venn Group's specialist recruitment team is recruiting for a Chef de Partie to join a prestigious organisation. This temp-perm opportunity offers a varied role within a busy and professional catering operation, delivering high-quality food across student dining, fine dining events and conference hospitality.
The Role
You will be responsible for:
- Preparing and cooking high-quality meals for a varied customer
- Working across multiple areas of the kitchen including fine dining, buffets and day-to-day catering services
- Supporting breakfast, lunch and dinner services within a high-volume environment
- Assisting with menu development and contributing ideas for new dishes
- Maintaining food hygiene, allergen management and health & safety standards
About You
- Relevant catering qualification (NVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent)
- Level 2 Food Safety qualification
- Experience working within a professional catering environment
- Ability to work across a variety of kitchen sections rather than a specialist area only
Key Details
- Hourly rate: £20-24 (Umbrella)
- Location: Oxford
- Contract: Permanent
- Hours: Approximately 40 hours per week on a rota basis, including evenings and alternate weekends
- Start: ASAP
- Parking: On-site parking available
