We are currently recruiting for an experienced Service Manager to lead an Integrated Front Door service, encompassing MASH, EDT and Early Help functions. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring the safe, effective and timely delivery of children's social care services, managing safeguarding risks, and driving high standards of practice and performance across the service.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Integrated Front Door service, including MASH, EDT and Early Help teams.
- Ensure high-quality safeguarding practice and effective risk management for children and families.
- Provide oversight and decision-making on complex and high-risk cases.
- Manage service performance, quality assurance, audits and continuous improvement activity.
- Lead, develop and motivate multidisciplinary teams to deliver excellent outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with police, health, education and other partner agencies.
- Monitor resources, budgets and service demand to ensure effective service delivery.
- Act as a senior safeguarding lead, providing expert advice and guidance where required
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Social Worker with current Social Work England registration.
- Extensive management experience within Children's Social Care, ideally across MASH, EDT, Early Help or Front Door services.
- Strong understanding of children's safeguarding legislation, statutory guidance and best practice.
- Proven experience managing complex casework, risk and service performance.
- Track record of leading and developing high-performing social work teams.
- Strong partnership-working skills with multi-agency stakeholders.
- Enhanced DBS with Adults' and Children's Barred List checks. xgikmsk
