Treasury Property Analyst

£300 - £400 Per Day
We are currently recruiting for a Treasury Property Analyst to join a leading organisation within the social housing sector. This is an excellent opportunity for a treasury professional with property security experience to play a key role in managing secured debt portfolios, coordinating property valuations, maintaining security records, and supporting the delivery of an effective treasury function within a large and complex organisation.
Working closely with internal finance teams, asset management colleagues, banks, valuers, legal advisors, and security trustees, the successful candidate will help ensure robust security management, valuation processes, treasury reporting, and compliance with funding and governance requirements.
Treasury Property Analyst - Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the property valuation process, ensuring all valuations are completed accurately and within agreed deadlines
- Maintain and enhance security and treasury records, ensuring all information is accurate, up to date, and compliant
- Manage and monitor secured debt and property security data across treasury systems
- Produce analysis, reports, and documentation to support treasury operations, funding activities, and decision-making
- Work closely with asset management and finance teams to support property charging, security releases, and disposals
- Collaborate with external stakeholders including banks, security trustees, valuers, and legal firms
- Support the administration of security arrangements relating to loan facilities and treasury transactions
- Assist with treasury projects and initiatives aimed at improving processes, controls, and reporting
- Provide support across the wider treasury team as required
- Ensure compliance with treasury policies, governance requirements, and lender obligations
Treasury Property Analyst - Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience managing property valuations and security assets within a housing association is essential
- Experience using Asset Core or similar housing asset management systems would be highly advantageous
- Strong understanding of secured lending, property security management, and treasury operations
- Experience working with property valuation processes and security databases
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong commercial awareness
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Able to work independently whilst managing deadlines within a fast-paced environment
