Interim Performance Analyst - SEND
Based in London, hybrid working
Length: Initial 3 months
We are working with a London Local Authority who are looking to appoint an interim Performance Analyst to support their SEND reforms.
To be successful in this role you, you will:
- Be an experienced performance analyst with background in special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)
- Have a strong knowledge of statutory returns and reporting requirements relating to SEND, including evidence of understanding and knowledge of the SEND reforms
- Evidence your experience of overseeing statutory reporting requirements relating to SEND particularly any improvement work ahead of the next SEN2/AP Census
- Manage data and analysis requests relating to SEND and/or working with relevant teams to provide timely and accurate responses to data requests
- Support performance reporting relating to SEND, working collaboratively with our SENDIS team and wider colleagues
- Develop a clear workplan for SEND analysis work to support the transition to a new structure
- Need good working knowledge of databases / case management systems, ideally Synergy
- Work collaboratively across the Performance team and a range of services across our Children, Lifelong Learning and Families Division, particularly in SEND and Education
- Be on site 3 days a week
