Interim Registered Building Inspector Class 2
Day Rate: £450 per day umbrella
Contract: Full-time, 5 days per week, initial 3 months
Location: London, Hybrid
About the Role
- Registered Building Inspector Class 2 is the new regulated job title for a Building Control Surveyor
- The Building Control team is at the forefront of ensuring development meets the necessary building regulations and we are currently looking to strengthen the team to maintain the excellent customer service and market share currently provided
- You will need to an understanding of the building control process and the building regulations as well as an ability to carry out plan assessments as part of one of the two teams within building control
- Minimum qualifications required are membership of either RICS or CABE and the expectation to attain Band B- General Registration with the Building Safety Regulator
- You will join a friendly and hardworking team who have delivered excellent performance in recent years
- This role will support the performance of the Service and its continued improvement with emphasis placed on customer service and the delivery of high quality outcomes
