Venn Group is delighted to be recruiting for a Design Support Officer on behalf of a well-established national organisation operating within a professional and highly regulated sector.
This is an excellent opportunity for a creative professional to join a busy communications team, producing high-quality visual content across digital and print channels. Working closely with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts, you will help transform complex information into engaging, accessible communications for a range of audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality design materials including reports, presentations, training resources, publications and digital content
- Create engaging graphics, infographics, diagrams and visual assets to support internal and external communications
- Ensure all materials align with brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of accuracy and consistency
- Support the preparation and formatting of documents for both digital and print distribution
- Work with colleagues across the organisation to understand requirements and deliver effective creative solutions
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are achieved and priorities are effectively balanced
- Contribute to the development of innovative and engaging communication materials
- Support the wider communications team with design expertise and creative input
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in a graphic design, communications or creative support role
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud
- Excellent design and visual communication skills across print and digital platforms
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work to tight deadlines
- Confident stakeholder manager and communicator
- Able to present complex information in a clear and engaging format
- Highly organised with strong prioritisation skills
Location: Central London
Duration: 3-6 month temporary contract
Pay rate: £322 per day (inside iR35, paid via an Umbrella company)
Working hours: Full-time
Working pattern: Hybrid
