Venn Group is delighted to be recruiting for an Administrator on behalf of a respected not-for-profit organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Administrator to provide essential support across a busy team, assisting with finance, travel coordination, events and general administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Process purchase orders and invoices using internal systems, including SAP Concur
- Arrange travel bookings and accommodation for team members
- Monitor shared inboxes, responding to routine enquiries and escalating queries where required
- Support the administration of training and CPD activities, maintaining accurate attendance and participant records
- Manage requests received through Microsoft Forms and direct them to the appropriate team members
- Provide calendar and meeting support, including scheduling meetings and issuing invitations
- Maintain spreadsheets, databases and programme records
- Deliver general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of team activities
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in a busy administrative or team support role
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, particularly Outlook, Teams and Excel
- Experience processing purchase orders and invoices
- Confident arranging travel and accommodation bookings
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workloads effectively
- Experience of SAP Concur is desirable but not essential
Location: Remote
Duration: 2 month temporary contract
Pay rate: Β£17 per hour
Working hours: 20 hours per week
