An established regional firm in Leicestershire is looking to appoint an experienced Practice Manager to play a key role in the operational management and continued development of the business. This is an opportunity to join a well-established regional practice with a broad legal offering and a sizeable team, working closely with the Partners and senior management across the firm.
The role would suit someone who enjoys being hands-on, commercially aware and taking ownership of the operational side of a legal practice, with the opportunity to make a tangible difference to how the firm operates.
The Role
Working closely with the firm's senior leadership, you will take responsibility for a broad range of operational, compliance and practice management functions. A strong understanding of the operational requirements of a law firm is important, including areas such as compliance, risk, billing, financial management and regulatory requirements. Knowledge of SRA regulations, COLP/COFA responsibilities, Lexcel, PII and wider legal-sector compliance would be advantageous.
You'll need to be organised, commercially minded and confident dealing with Partners, employees and external stakeholders, with the ability to take ownership rather than simply provide administrative support.
What's on Offer?
- Competitive salary up to £60,000 per annum
- Hybrid/flexible working
- 33 days' annual leave including bank holidays
- Life insurance
- Critical illness insurance
- Direct involvement with the firm's Partners and senior leadership
- Genuine opportunity to influence processes, compliance and the operational development of the practice
