HR Project Officer
Leeds (Hybrid Working) | 6-Month Initial Contract | Full-Time (37.5 Hours) - 4 Days Considered
An NHS organisation is seeking an experienced HR Project Officer to support a significant programme of TUPE transfers and organisational change. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional with strong administration and coordination experience to gain exposure to large-scale change projects while supporting a busy HR & OD team.
The Role
Working closely with senior HR and project stakeholders, you will provide essential support across TUPE activity, organisational change programmes, and day-to-day HR operations. You will play a key role in coordinating processes, maintaining accurate records, preparing documentation, and ensuring HR activity is delivered efficiently and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting TUPE transfer and organisational change activity
- Coordinating meetings, consultations, and employee engagement sessions
- Preparing HR documentation, letters, employee correspondence, and information packs
- Maintaining accurate trackers, records, action logs, and project documentation
- Providing first-line support for routine employee and manager queries
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and wider HR administration activities
- Producing workforce reports and maintaining HR data and spreadsheets
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience within an HR administration, HR coordination, or HR Officer position
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience maintaining accurate records, databases, and trackers
- Excellent communication skills and confidence dealing with employees and managers.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- High levels of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality
Desirable
- Experience supporting TUPE transfers, restructures, or organisational change programmes
- NHS or public sector HR experience
- Experience within project or transformation environments
