Venn Group’s specialist healthcare recruitment team is recruiting for Administrators and Appointment Clerks on behalf of an NHS Trust in West Yorkshire. These temporary opportunities offer an immediate start, full-time hours, and the chance to support essential NHS services during a busy period.
The role involves:
- Providing administrative support to clinical and operational teams
- Maintaining accurate records and undertaking data entry activities
- Handling correspondence and responding to queries from patients and colleagues
- Booking and managing patient appointments
- Liaising with patients and healthcare professionals
- Ensuring patient information is updated and maintained accurately
About you:
- Previous administration or office support experience
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Experience working within the NHS is desirable
- For Appointment Clerk positions, experience using SystmOne and/or Cerner is highly desirable
- Previous patient administration or appointments booking experience is preferred
