The Role
An established law firm is looking for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor / Conveyancer to join its team.
You will manage a varied residential property caseload independently, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, new-build and shared ownership matters.

Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor or experienced Residential Conveyancer.
- 10+ years' PQE or equivalent experience preferred.
- Proven experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently.
- Strong experience with complex and high-value transactions.
- Excellent client care, communication and organisational skills.
- Strong technical, drafting and negotiation abilities.
- Experience mentoring or supervising junior staff desirable.
- Commercially aware with an interest in business development.ll also involve handling complex and high-value transactions, supporting junior team members and contributing to client development and business development activity.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion.
- Handle complex and high-value transactions with minimal supervision.
- Draft and negotiate legal documentation.
- Deal with land registration and post-completion requirements.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to junior staff.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and professional requirements.
