Responsibilities:
Managing freehold and leasehold acquisitions, disposals, and portfolio management
Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing commercial leases, lease renewals, and licenses for landlords and tenants
Conducting thorough title investigations and preparing reports on title
Building and maintaining strong client relationships with local businesses, investors, and developers
Requirements:
Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with ideally 2 or more years experience
Solid technical background in commercial property law and landlord/tenant matters
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships
Proven ability to manage a busy caseload efficiently and effectively
