An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Real Estate Finance Solicitor (6+ years PQE) who is looking for a fresh challenge and the chance to build and lead a new team with genuine backing.

This role is ideal for someone entrepreneurial in mindset, who wants more than just a caseload. You will be trusted to help shape strategy, grow market presence, and develop a high-performing team, all with significant investment, support, and infrastructure behind you.

The Opportunity

• Take a leading role in developing and growing a real estate finance offering working alongside the current Real Estate team
• Advise on a broad range of real estate finance matters, acting for lenders and/or borrowers
• Play a key part in team build, mentoring, and longer-term succession planning
• Work closely with senior stakeholders to drive growth and profile in the market
• Enjoy real autonomy, without being left to do it alone — this role comes with real backing and commitment

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years’ PQE in real estate with a focus on finance work
• Strong technical ability combined with commercial awarenessAmbition to grow a practice and build a team
• Confidence in developing relationships and contributing to business development
• A collaborative approach and leadership potential
