A well-established and highly regarded regional law firm is seeking a talented Commercial Property Solicitor to join their busy and supportive team. The Role

  • Manage your own caseload of high-quality commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, refinancing transactions, development and option agreements, and drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of commercial property documentation.
  • Advising a wide client base, from owner-managed businesses to larger corporates.
  • Working closely with colleagues across corporate, litigation, and private client teams.

About You

  • A qualified Solicitor or CILEX with experience in handling a broad range of commercial property matters.
  • Confident managing their own caseload with appropriate support.
  • Commercially astute, client-focused, and able to build strong relationships.
  • A strong communicator with excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
