The Role
- Manage your own caseload of high-quality commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, refinancing transactions, development and option agreements, and drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of commercial property documentation.
- Advising a wide client base, from owner-managed businesses to larger corporates.
- Working closely with colleagues across corporate, litigation, and private client teams.
About You
- A qualified Solicitor or CILEX with experience in handling a broad range of commercial property matters.
- Confident managing their own caseload with appropriate support.
- Commercially astute, client-focused, and able to build strong relationships.
- A strong communicator with excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
