Venn Group’s specialist legal team is currently working with a well-regarded Local Authority, based in the Midlands, who are seeking a Locum Senior Lawyer to join the team on an interim basis.
The Role
- Position: Senior Commercial Property Lawyer
- Rate: Up to £55 per hour umbrella
- Duration: Initial 4+ months with the possibility for extension
- Location: Fully Remote
- Hours: Up to Full Time
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, negotiate, and advise on all aspects relating to regeneration projects and commercial property work
- Advise and negotiate on projects involving external stakeholders and third party organisations
- Act as a central point of contact for legal advice to colleagues
- Ensure compliance with statutory duties and obligations
About You
- An experienced Senior Commercial Property Lawyer
- Experience of working within Local Authority or Public Sector organisations
- Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload
- The ability to attend the office is desirable, but not essential
