Locum Civil & Criminal Litigation Lawyer – Home Counties

Duration: 6 months + with a very strong possibility of extension thereafter

Working Pattern: Full Time ideally

Working Arrangement: Predominantly remote working, maximum once a month court attendance, office attendance is welcomed but not a necessity

Hourly Rate: Up to £55 per hour Umbrella, dependent on experience

The ideal candidate will have experience in handling a wide range of Housing, Civil and Criminal Litigation matters and can demonstrate prior experience working on behalf of Local Authorities.

Responsibilities:

  • Be a senior member of a small team, undertaking all aspects of legal work relating to Housing, Civil and Criminal Litigation for the Local Authority, such as but not limited to, planning enforcement, housing, possessions, debt recovery, contractual disputes, property, fraud, environmental and licensing.

Qualifications:
