Are you an experienced conveyancer looking to take the next step in your career? We’re working with a well-established and highly regarded East Midlands firm that is expanding its Residential Property team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven legal professional to make a real impact within a thriving department and contribute to its continued growth.
The Role
As a key member of the team, you’ll manage your own varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters — including sales, purchases, leaseholds, freeholds, remortgages, and transfers of equity. You’ll also play a part in supporting junior colleagues and developing client relationships.
What You’ll Need
- Qualified Solicitor, CILEX, CLC or experienced Conveyancer (2+ years’ PQE)
- Broad experience across the full spectrum of residential conveyancing
- A proactive, team-oriented approach with excellent client care skills
