The Role
As an SDR at Venn, you are the first point of contact for future partners. You will be responsible for identifying, reaching out to, and qualifying high-potential recruitment agencies and employer brands, setting the stage for our Account Executives to close deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Prospecting: Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and research key decision-makers within the recruitment and HR tech space.
- Outbound Outreach: Execute high-volume, multi-channel outreach (cold calling, email, and social) to generate interest in the Venn platform.
- Lead Qualification: Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect pain points - such as poor candidate conversion or manual data entry - and map them to Venn’s solutions.
- Meeting Generation: Consistently achieve monthly targets for booking high-quality demonstrations for the senior sales team.
- CRM Management: Maintain meticulous records of all activities and lead intelligence in our CRM to ensure a seamless handover to Account Executives.
