Estimator / Pre Construction Manager

We're on the hunt for an experienced Construction Estimator who has positive people skills combined with practical tendering expertise. This isn't your typical estimating role - you'll be part of our driven and successful team, delivering high end specialist finishes across central London and helping to double our annual revenue as part of our growth plan.

Required Skills In Order of Importance:

• Tendering, takes off's and bill of quantities
• Attention to detail with both written specifications and technical drawings
• People skills and getting the best out of everyone you meet
• Customer service and relationship building
• Proficient at communicating by phone, email and in person
• Understanding of contractual obligations
• Technical understanding of how things are built

Whether you started working on site or took the academic route first - if you have that fire in your belly and that rare blend of personal and technical skills, we want to talk. You won't be thrown into chaos. As part of our agile team, you'll work directly with our company Directors and the project team to bring tenders to full completion. While the focus will be on numbers, quantities and contracts, we want your brain too - your ideas, your personality, your solutions to problems.
