We're on the hunt for an experienced Construction Estimator who has positive people skills combined with practical tendering expertise. This isn't your typical estimating role - you'll be part of our driven and successful team, delivering high end specialist finishes across central London and helping to double our annual revenue as part of our growth plan.

  • Tendering, takes off's and bill of quantities
  • Attention to detail with both written specifications and technical drawings

  • Technical understanding of how things are built

You won't be thrown into chaos. As part of our agile team, you'll work directly with our company Directors and the project team to bring tenders to full completion. While the focus will be on numbers, quantities and contracts, we want your brain too - your ideas, your personality, your solutions to problems. We're best known for installing Clayworks, Forcrete and Baswa acoustic finishes. We have a team of 25+ full time staff spread across the office and live projects - primarily in the UK but we also deliver projects abroad including the middle east. Our office is located near Romford in Essex, and we are proud of our high performance culture aligned around delivering the very best service and product finish on the market.
