The predicted salary is between 45000 - 55000 £ per year.

Venesky-Brown’s client, is currently looking to recruit a Business Analyst for an initial 8 month contract on a rate of £500/day (Inside IR35)- working 2 days per week (7 hours per day Thursday and Friday).

This role will be remote working.

Responsibilities

  • Apply a range of techniques to establish and analyse the current organisational and operational state (as is) and future state (to be) of people, processes and technology in the organisation and the relevant requirements likely to affect business change and software systems and financial systems.
  • Validating and verifying requirements making sure that all requirements map to the business and user need being addressed, they are approved by all the appropriate stakeholders and that they meet with relevant quality standards.
  • Collaborate across departments when establishing requirements and impacting change.
  • Facilitation of workshops and collating of documentation, documenting outcomes and following up actions

Essential Skills

  • Assured the delivery of complex programmes in compliance with regulatory and organisational governance
  • Managed and mitigated risks so that delivery impacts are minimised
  • Must be a self-starter, able to work under own initiative and direction
  • Experience acting as a business analyst
  • Experience of full project lifecycle
  • Excellent Stakeholder Management Skills
  • Ability to work at a conceptual level where business objectives and requirements may not be well defined Business Process Re-engineering Knowledge
