Venesky-Brown’s client, a public sector organisation in Hamilton and East Kilbride, is currently looking to recruit x 20 Clerical Assistants for initial 3 month contracts on rates of £13.84-£15.59 per hour. Provide clerical support to the Business Unit ensuring a high level of security and confidentiality within the office to contribute to the effectiveness of the service. - Undertake specialist clerical activities in accordance with pre-determined procedures, instructions and standards to support the effective provision of the service. - Extract data from job tickets, timesheets and stock lists, and accurately input to new repairs system. - Liaise with internal and external customers to ensure the effective provision of the Business Unit. Experience of working within a busy office and fast paced environment - Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft packages and experience of maintaining, populating and extracting data from spreadsheets and producing word documents - Experience of inputting data to a housing repairs system - Self-motivated and able to work to a high standard with minimal supervision - To work in a flexible, adaptable manner and to always act with discretion and tact - To work in a high pace office environment and achieve set deadlines - Undertake mandatory training.
