Venesky-Brownβs client, a public sector organisation in Edinburgh, is currently looking to recruit a Recruitment Administrator for a contract until end December 2025 on a rate between Β£15.18 β Β£16.32/ hour (PAYE). Flexible working pattern available 21-35 hours over 5 days.
Responsibilities:
β Contracts / Letters (using templates)
β HRIS basic updates (change in address, FWR, change in bank details, etc)
β Contact from people unable to access system (password does not work / forgot)
β Contact from people with wrong working pattern/hierarchy/reporting line
β Contact with people with wrong access to system or their set up/access is not working β basic troubleshooting with support
β Contact from people that want to chat to HR (normally advice level, knowing when and where to escalate)
β Payroll queries β holding email and escalate to appropriate person
β Emails that need to go to careers
β Data request (reports)
β ONS surveys
β Uploading the medigold (manager referral) to HRIS
β Potentially minutes (as required)
Essential Skills:
β Strong admin skills, attention to detail, organisation,
β Communication skills β email and verbal
β Experience working in an HR team
β Systems skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams
β Experience working with an HRIS system
β Problem solving
