Venesky-Brown’s client, a public sector organisation in Glasgow, is currently looking to recruit a Programme Management Assistant for an initial 4 week rolling contract on a rate of £16.95/hour PAYE – working 35 hours per week. This role can be office or hybrid working. Office for first two weeks then option to work from home for 3 days per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Working within the Programme Management Office that supports the organisation’s IT contract, the role will provide administrative support to the programme governance structure.
  • The role will also involve supporting the finance function with managing the invoice approvals process.

Essential Skills:

  • Excellent IT skills required.
  • Minute taking skills preferable and secretarial experience if possible.

Desirable Skills:

  • Programme and Project experience.
