Venesky-Brown are looking for an experienced Skilled Groundworker for ongoing works supporting our client on infrastructure projects in the Haslingden/Blackburn area of Lancashire.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a long-term project delivering key infrastructure works with an immediate start available.

  • Location: Haslingden/Blackburn Area
  • Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 5:00pm (currently)
  • Start Date: 3rd of August
  • Rates
  • £19.34 per hour PAYE (first 9.5 hours)
  • £24.17 per hour (after 9.5 hours)
  • £29.01 per hour (Saturday & Sunday)
  • Holiday Pay
  • Pension Scheme
  • Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, and test temporary and permanent electrical systems across the site.
  • Carry out cable installation, termination, fault finding, and electrical repairs.
  • Read and work from electrical drawings, schematics, and technical specifications.
  • Ensure all work complies with site procedures, and health and safety regulations.
  • Complete inspections, testing, and documentation while working safely with other site trades.

  • Full UK Driving Licence and own transport to site
  • Previous civils/utilities experience essential
  • Must have minimum 1 years experience as an Electrician
