We’re looking for a driven and creative Marketing & Outreach Manager to lead and deliver Venesky Brown’s digital marketing and external engagement activity. This role will play a key part in shaping how we go to market, with a strong focus on candidate attraction, brand visibility, and digital campaign delivery. You will be responsible for planning and executing marketing activity that engages job seekers, strengthens our reputation, and supports the growth of the business.
Working closely with consultants and leadership teams, you’ll develop and deliver campaigns that connect with our target audiences and generate meaningful engagement. You will also take ownership of day-to-day marketing direction, working with and supporting a Brand & Marketing Assistant who will help deliver content and campaigns. While the primary focus of the role is outward-facing marketing, you will also support internal communications and brand activity on a smaller scale, ensuring consistency across the business.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone relatively early in their marketing career who is looking to take the next step — someone who is confident, proactive, and excited by the opportunity to take ownership, bring ideas to life, and make a visible impact.
Acting as a brand ambassador for Venesky Brown, the Marketing & Outreach Manager supports the company’s operational excellence and social value goals by promoting inclusive practices, enhancing internal collaboration, and contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes.
