Venesky-Brown’s client, a public sector organisation in Glasgow, is currently looking to recruit a Project Coordinator / Delivery Assurance Analyst for an initial 6 month contract on a rate of £250-£275/day (Outside IR35). Identify missing data, duplicate records, and anomalies. - Compile and format responses for review by permanent staff. - Plan and coordinate user acceptance testing activities. - Schedule testing sessions and track completion. - Coordinate communications between project teams, suppliers, and testers. - Review testing documentation for completeness and adherence to standards. - Verify that required testing evidence has been provided by suppliers. - Ensure testing deliverables are stored and managed appropriately. - Maintain quality assurance records and audit trails. - Project coordination or PMO support - Testing and User Acceptance Testing coordination - Quality assurance administration - Data validation, tracking and reporting - Risk, issue, dependency and action management - Proactive, detail-oriented and able to bring order to complex delivery activity where information may come from multiple suppliers, project teams and business areas.
