Venesky-Brown’s client, a public sector organisation in Edinburgh, is currently looking to recruit a Investigation Paralegal for a 23 month contract on a rate of £194.38/day (Outside IR35). This role will be hybrid based with up to two days per week working from home. Work closely with the records and evidence management team to redact documents and evidence, including witness statements and transcripts, to enable it to be released to parties and published on the website; - Assist with work to support the preparation of the legal team’s records which will form part of the Record to be transmitted to National Records of Scotland; - Assist the Solicitor to the Inquiry to assess accounts of expenses submitted by parties who have received an award of funding for legal representation; - Undertaking any other ad hoc task as required.
