Are you an experienced recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performing environment and loves delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates? Venesky Brown is growing, and we’re looking for a Recruitment Consultant / Senior Consultant to join our busy Admin & Manual Team, supporting temporary and contract recruitment across Scotland and the wider UK.
About Venesky Brown: We’re a well-established recruitment partner working across Tier 1 frameworks and multiple sectors, including the Public Sector. We already support 100+ organisations, helping them secure exceptional temporary and contract talent from one-off requirements to high-volume recruitment campaigns.
What you’ll be doing: You’ll join an established, experienced and highly successful team, where you’ll:
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients
- Deliver end-to-end temp/contract recruitment solutions
- Source, attract and engage high-quality candidates
- Support onboarding and management of a growing temporary workforce
- Spot opportunities to introduce our services to new clients and expand our client base
- Be a trusted partner - responsive, proactive and solutions-focused
What we’re looking for: We’d love to hear from you if you’re someone who:
- Has recruitment experience (temp/contract is ideal)
- Enjoys building strong client relationships and delivering 1st class service
- Is confident with business development and enjoys opening new doors
