A public sector organisation in Edinburgh is currently looking to recruit a Change Manager for a 3 month contract on a rate of £550‑£600/day (Inside IR35).
Responsibilities:
- Support the relocation project through additional capacity and expertise in change management, working across the Hubs to support staff transition to new or different ways of working.
- Apply significant practical experience in change management or a similar environment to support people in the implementation and adoption of improvement projects.
- Plan, deliver and manage change management activities, including approaches to managing change successfully.
- Engage staff and stakeholders to develop and implement people change.
- Organise and manage project change management activities in a timely and efficient manner.
- Work independently with minimum supervision to high standards.
- Collaborate effectively within a team and with stakeholders to build positive relationships.
- Have prior experience working within a similar sector.
