Venesky-Brown's client, a public sector organisation in Glasgow, is currently looking to recruit Disclosure Administrators until end August with a possible extension. Rate of pay Β£13.81/hour PAYE. These roles will be based onsite. The working hours are 35 hours per week working Monday – Friday. Candidates must have a basic disclosure Scotland certificate dated within last 3 months or be willing to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide clients with accurate information in a warm and friendly manner which may be by telephone, email and online.
  • Process applications for stakeholders.
  • Inbox monitoring and management.
  • Maintain correct and up-to-date stakeholder information.
  • Quickly determine customer needs – working with stakeholders to understand and identify needs.
  • Handle sensitive and personal information in line with data protection and confidentiality rules.
  • Process and complete customer applications ensuring accuracy of data entry.
  • Work as part of a team to resolve or escalate customer queries and complaints.
  • Support your Team Leader and other team members in carrying out daily work activities and when new projects arise.
  • Access criminal history databases and interrogate as appropriate in line with current legislation.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders confirming relevant application information.
  • Support all peer groups taking part in Continuous Improvement activities.
