Venesky-Brown’s client, a public sector organisation in Glasgow, is currently looking to recruit a Project Coordinator / Delivery Assurance Analyst for an initial 6 month contract on a rate of £250-£275/day (Outside IR35). This role will be based in Glasgow.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain application upgrade trackers and status reports.
- Update records based on information supplied by the Managed Service Provider (MSP).
- Produce regular progress reports and dashboards.
- Escalate overdue actions and missing updates.
- Review information received from MSPs and the organisation for completeness and consistency.
- Identify missing data, duplicate records, and anomalies.
- Reconcile information across multiple spreadsheets and reports.
- Maintain audit trails and evidence repositories.
- Log and track FOI requests involving Enterprise Architecture.
- Coordinate responses from appropriate contributors.
- Monitor deadlines and chase outstanding inputs.
- Compile and format responses for review by permanent staff.
- Plan and coordinate user acceptance testing activities.
- Schedule testing sessions and track completion.
- Maintain test schedules, test logs, and progress reporting.
- Coordinate communications between project teams, suppliers, and testers.
- Review testing documentation for completeness and adherence to standards.
- Verify that required testing evidence has been provided by suppliers.
- Ensure testing deliverables are stored and managed appropriately.
- Maintain quality assurance records and audit trails.
- Carry out any other duties as required.

- Project coordination or PMO support
- Testing and User Acceptance Testing coordination
- Quality assurance administration
- Supplier and stakeholder coordination
- Data validation, tracking and reporting
- Risk, issue, dependency and action management
- Governance meeting and documentation support
- Application, systems or technology change environments
- Comfortable maintaining trackers, chasing updates, validating information, coordinating meetings, preparing reports and ensuring that evidence and documentation are complete and well managed.
- Proactive, detail-oriented and able to bring order to complex delivery activity where information may come from multiple suppliers, project teams and business areas.
