Job Description

Venesky-Brown’s client, a public sector organisation in Tulliallan, is currently looking to recruit an Administrator for a contract until end of June on a rate of £15.45/hour (PAYE). This role will be hybrid working with attendance only required once every 4 weeks or so.

Responsibilities:

– Administration of the programme to support consistency and efficiency of project delivery approach.

– Fulfil the Secretariat function for internal governance boards.

– Provision of data for internal reporting, programme planning, etc.

– Liaison with internal and external customers and enabling functions (Digital, Comms etc) providing additional information and resolving issues when required.

– Administrative duties in arranging courses, booking participants on courses and amending course bookings where required.

– Course/event administration.

– Responsible for the maintenance and update of databases regarding individual progress, completion or attendance at events.

– Liaison with relevant personnel to suggest appropriate changes to all databases in order to enhance the delivery and ongoing recording of data.

– Accountable for use of database information to project budget costs for year ahead.
