Venesky Brown Recruitment is delighted to be working in partnership with Qualifications Scotland to recruit over 200 temporary staff including multiple Administrators with start dates ASAP and running through to June / July 2026. These roles are based full time at the Qualifications Scotland Centre in Dalkeith and offer a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, with full training and ongoing support provided.
Shift Patterns Available:
- Monday to Friday - 13.00-21.00
- Saturday - Wednesday - 09.00-17.00
- Thursday - Monday - 09.00-17.00
- Monday - Friday 08.30-16.30
The Role:
As an Administrator, you’ll provide high level, quality customer service and administrative support to enable the delivery of Qualification Scotland products and services. This is an excellent opportunity for people who enjoy helping others, solving problems, and working as part of a supportive team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Provide administrative support to ensure activities are carried out accurately and according to plan and to ensure compliance with documented processes.
- Data entry: create and maintain records, standard reports and spreadsheets to ensure information is up-to-date, easy to access and accurate.
- Carry out filing of information to ensure it is stored accurately following relevant policies and procedures.
- Provide high levels of customer service in respect to queries ensuring responses are issued promptly, accurately and following Qualification Scotland guidelines while maintaining key stakeholder relationships.
- Carry out numerical calculations.
- Communicate with internal customers via email.
- Deal with inbound calls and emails efficiently while delivering an excellent customer experience.
- Maintain a tidy work area and comply with all Health and Safety regulations.
