Venesky-Brown’s client, a public sector organisation in Inverness, is currently looking to recruit an Administrator for a 3 month contract on a rate of £15.73/hour (PAYE). This role will be hybrid with at least 1 day a week in the office.
Responsibilities:
- Support on a wide range of administrative tasks.
- Ability to work on/complete a wide variety of tasks often with conflicting priorities.
- Impeccable attention to detail.
- Ability to use initiative (an example could be when they have a question about something they detail what they think the solution is and we can discuss etc).
- Support with the production of minutes for committees and other meetings/groups.
- Work collaboratively and efficiently as part of a multi-functional team.
