We are looking for two experienced 360 operators to start ASAP on a major civil project near Reading.
Duties will involve:
- All general 360 tasks - tracks, trenches, grading, backfill, earthworks, muck shift, lifting with excavators, etc.
Job Details:
- Location: Reading
- Hours: average 43-45 per week, with some overtime and weekend work depending on workload
- Duration: Ongoing work, opportunity to move on to next phases as work opens up, potential for long-term employment.
Requirements:
- CPCS Blue 360 with lifting ops
- Min 6 years 360 experience
- Must provide info needed to pass DBS check and MOD screening process
- Driving licence
Pay Rates:
- £24.98 - First 10 hrs weekdays
- £33.22 - After 10 hrs weekdays and nights
- £37.47 - All weekend hours
31 days paid leave per year (2.5 days accrued per month)
£51.97 per shift - Daily lodge allowance for live away applicants
Pay Examples:
- If you work 44 hours, with lodge allowance (live away) £874.55 after tax + £131 Holiday pay + £27 Employer pension
- 43 hrs without lodge (local options) £843 after tax + £140 Holiday pay + £27 Employer pension
- 43 hrs with lodge allowance £963 after tax + £140 Holiday pay + £27 Employer pension
