Venesky-Brown's client, a public sector organisation in Troon, is currently looking to recruit a Seasonal Gardener for an initial 6-month contract on a rate of £13.79/hour PAYE working 36 hours per week, Monday to Thursday.

  • General maintenance including grass cutting and ground maintenance
  • Assisting higher graded gardeners under minimal supervision
  • Operation of ground care equipment, powered hand tools, and ride-on plant machinery including inspection, routine maintenance, and cleaning
  • To apply and adhere to policies and procedures
  • Ensure adherence to relevant legislation, external policy, and safe practices
  • Able to adapt within a flexible working environment
  • Ability to meet the standards of performance required under the Values and Behaviours of the organisation
