At Venelle, our Personal Assistants deliver exceptional, bespoke care and lifestyle support to our clients. To ensure this experience runs seamlessly as we further our growth, we are introducing the Care & Concierge Lead. A pivotal role designed to curate and oversee the care and concierge journey, while easing the administrative burden on the leadership team.
This role acts as the bridge between our management team and our Personal Assistants. The Care & Concierge Lead supports with systems, scheduling, and compliance, while also coordinating concierge and lifestyle requests that set Venelle apart. On occasion, they may step in to cover client visits, ensuring continuity of service and maintaining Venelle’s uncompromising standards. The role also includes participation in the on-call rota, providing out-of-hours support to clients and staff on a shared basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Rotas & Scheduling: Prepare and manage rotas, ensuring seamless cover for all clients. Respond swiftly to changes or sickness, including personally providing cover if required.
- Client Care & Documentation: Support with updating and maintaining client care plans. Capture and document lifestyle and concierge preferences to deliver the Venelle Touch consistently.
- Team & Recruitment Support: Assist with onboarding new team members, including compliance checks, references, and induction. Provide day-to-day support for Personal Assistants, offering guidance and problem-solving when needed.
- Concierge & Lifestyle Services: Liaise with concierge partners and trusted suppliers to coordinate bespoke lifestyle requests. Curate and safeguard the small details that elevate the Venelle client experience.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the Director of Care Operations, Deputy Manager, and CEO. Maintain accurate systems, records, and communications to a luxury standard.
- On-Call Duties: Participate in the shared on-call rota, providing out-of-hours support for clients and staff. Respond to urgent care or scheduling issues promptly and professionally, ensuring continuity of service.
