The Role: We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help generate new business opportunities. This is a high-activity outbound role focused on identifying potential customers, starting conversations, and booking qualified meetings. You will work closely with the founders and help build pipeline through outbound sales activity. This role is suited to someone who is comfortable in a target-driven environment, enjoys speaking with prospective customers, and wants to develop toward an Account Executive role over time.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn.
- Make a high volume of outbound calls each day, typically 100-150 calls.
- Identify and research potential customers and decision-makers.
- Start conversations with prospects and generate interest.
- Book qualified discovery meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of activity in CRM and internal systems.
- Support outbound campaigns and pipeline generation.
- Work closely with the founders to improve messaging, outreach, and results.
