Vendelux is building the category-defining platform for event marketing intelligence. Events are one of the largest and most impactful marketing channels, yet historically one of the least measurable. Vendelux brings transparency and performance to this space — helping companies discover, evaluate, and optimize their event strategy with data. Our platform powers thousands of event decisions by delivering proprietary, AI-driven insights across hundreds of thousands of events globally. At the core of our platform is a robust ecosystem of event organizer partnerships — where organizers share first-party data, enabling richer insights for customers while receiving benchmarking and audience intelligence in return. From identifying the highest ROI conferences to enabling targeted meeting programs, Vendelux helps companies turn events into a predictable and scalable growth engine.

In addition, Vendelux Meetings extends our platform by turning insights into pipeline — using AI to identify high-value attendees and proactively book 1:1 meetings between our customers and their ideal prospects at events. This enables go-to-market teams to drive measurable ROI and maximize every event interaction.

Founded in 2021, Vendelux is a Series B SaaS company backed by top-tier investors including FirstMark. We partner with many of the fastest-growing companies in the world, and our team includes leaders from Bain, ZoomInfo, Shutterstock, FanDuel, Compass, Airbnb, Forter and beyond.

We're looking for a Partnerships Manager to grow and deepen our event organizer partner program. This is a strategic, hands-on individual contributor role: you'll personally own relationships with key event organizer partners and the operational excellence that keeps them successful.

You'll drive retention and expansion across your book of strategic accounts—owning the health metrics, playbooks, and outcomes that keep organizers engaged—while partnering with product, data, and commercial teams as Vendelux scales. You've built and grown partner, channel, or customer success relationships at a Series A/B/C tech company and thrive in commercial, operational work.

What You'll Do

  • Own strategic partnerships
  • Lead and grow relationships with key event organizer partners, serving as the senior point of contact for your strategic accounts.
  • Own partner onboarding end-to-end, from pre-call research to live sessions and follow-up education.
  • Build and customize data reports and dashboards to meet partner-specific needs, and surface partner feedback to improve reporting workflows and product capabilities.
  • Represent Vendelux externally at industry events, and stay close to market trends to influence product and positioning.
  • Drive retention and expansion
  • Own retention, expansion, and account health across your accounts; hit your targets and prioritize your time and resources to deliver predictable outcomes.
  • Identify and drive expansion—additional events, renewals, webinars, case studies, and media partnerships—partnering with Sales, Product, Data, and Marketing on go-to-market and upsell.
  • Deliver compelling business outcomes for your partners across onboarding, adoption, renewals, and expansion.
  • Contribute to the playbooks, segmentation, and health-scoring approaches that make the account management function scalable.

What We're Looking For

  • 5–8+ years in account management, partnerships, or customer success—ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven success hitting retention and expansion targets; comfortable owning your number.
  • Strong operational mindset: building playbooks, KPIs, and repeatable processes for your accounts.
  • Comfortable with data and customer usage/adoption metrics; a strong communicator who builds trust and navigates complex stakeholder conversations.
  • Highly organized self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, scaling environments and prioritizes competing demands.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with data, analytics, media, or marketing intelligence platforms.
  • Familiarity with events, experiential, or brand marketing ecosystems.
  • Experience with international clients or expanding into new markets.

Not all candidates will check all of the requirements listed above and that’s ok! We are open to great people from non-traditional backgrounds. Vendelux is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace. We are committed to equal opportunity regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, gender, gender identity, parental or pregnancy status, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, or veteran status.
