We're looking for a Business Development Manager based in London to help fuel Vendelux's growth across EMEA. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketplace, the role serves as connective tissue across Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, Marketing, Finance, Data, and Product. This is a handsâon, highâimpact role for someone who loves building relationships, opening doors, and closing meaningful deals. You'll play a key role in expanding our customer base, shaping our goâtoâmarket approach in the region, and working closely with leadership as the company scales. Based in London with the right to work in the UK.
What You'll Do
- Own and drive new business opportunities end-to-end â from first conversation to signed deal
- Prospect, qualify, and close new customers across brands, agencies, and strategic partners
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline in a fastâmoving environment
- Source and structure data-driven partnerships, including data exchange and technical collaborations, that support revenue growth and product expansion
- Develop longâterm relationships with senior stakeholders and decisionâmakers
- Stay close to customer feedback and market trends to help influence product and positioning
- Represent Vendelux externally at industry events, conferences, and meetings
Qualifications
- 5-10+ years in business development, partnerships, strategy & operations, consulting, or a similar analytical/operational role
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactiveâable to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Comfortable selling to midâmarket and enterprise clients
- Strong communicator who can build trust quickly and navigate complex conversations
- Self-starter mentality â you're comfortable owning your number and your process
- Thrive in fastâpaced, earlyâstage or scaling environments

- Experience in data, analytics, media, or marketing intelligence platforms
- Familiarity with events, experiential marketing, or brand marketing ecosystems
